Bollinger Sells 30 Commercial EVs Worth $1.07M to Major Fleet Customers

Bollinger Innovations, Inc. (NASDAQ: BINI) announced the sale of 30 commercial electric vehicles (EVs) valued at $1,074,035 to Ziegler Truck Group, Range Truck Group, DB Schenker, and Larsen Enterprises. The order includes 20 Class 1 urban delivery cargo vans, six Class 3 utility trucks, and four Class 4 Bollinger B4 all-electric trucks, with two B4 units already delivered to Larsen Enterprises on August 29, 2025.

The company has received full payment from DB Schenker and expects payment from Ziegler and Range Truck Groups by September 30, 2025. According to Chief Revenue Officer Jim Connelly, Bollinger Motors is ramping up vehicle shipments through the end of the quarter as demand for its fleet-focused EV lineup continues to grow.

CEO David Michery highlighted that recent restructuring has enabled stronger sales performance with a more efficient, lower-cost model. Bollinger’s certified commercial EVs are now available for fleet operations across the U.S., with the Bollinger B4 chassis cab positioned as a versatile, upfitter-friendly solution for urban fleets.

Bollinger $1.07M in August EV Sales to Pritchard and Ziegler

Bollinger Innovations (NASDAQ: BINI) announced it has received \$1,074,035 in payments for Class 1, 3, and 4 commercial EV sales completed in August 2025. The transactions included deliveries to Pritchard Automotive for DB Schenker and Ziegler Truck Group, with payments received on Aug. 27 and Sept. 12. Executives said the Ziegler sale strengthens national sales momentum alongside recent cost reductions. Bollinger’s U.S.-certified commercial EV lineup includes the Mullen One Class 1 van, Mullen Three Class 3 cab chassis truck, and Bollinger B4 Class 4 chassis cab, all designed for urban delivery and fleet needs.
