As part of ComEd’s broader Beneficial Electrification Plan, the initiative connects communities with EV resources, rebates, and support tools while prioritizing equity by focusing outreach and funding on low-income and equity-eligible neighborhoods.
Volcon 1K-Unit Golf Cart Order
Volcon ePowersports, the first all-electric off-road powersports company, has received a purchase order from Advanced EV for 1,000 golf carts, marking the beginning of a potential long-term partnership. The order, developed in collaboration with Super Sonic, will be used for market testing under a February 2025 distribution agreement. Both companies view the order as a stepping stone toward broader collaboration. This deal follows another multi-million-dollar agreement for Volcon within the past five weeks and reflects the company’s growing momentum. Volcon also announced the resumption of its share repurchase program.
