Subaru Starlink’s new digital connected car owner’s manual

Subaru will offer digital in-dash guides that give Subaru owners access to owner’s manual information including infotainment and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.

The Tweddle Group product  lets drivers access electronic User Guide information through the touchscreen head unit. Quick Guide will launch in every North American Subaru equipped with Subaru Starlink systems.

The feature’s placement in the head unit delivers Owner’s Information to drivers where and when they need it most—behind the wheel.  The Quick Guide works the way drivers think, in a simple, intuitive way, so it seems to serve up information before we even they know they need it.

Drivers will find Quick Guide in seven Subaru models for 2017: Outback, Forester, Legacy, Crosstrek, Impreza, WRX/STI and BRZ. Quick Guide repurposes three essential Subaru Owner’s Information publications:

  • Quick Reference Guide
  • Subaru Starlink User Guide
  • EyeSight Driver Assist Technology User Guide
